Unfortunately we do not offer returns or cash refunds.
Although we endeavour to check all items to ensure they are free from defect sometimes things may slip through. You are able to return any EverWear clothing item that has a material or manufacturing default and we will gladly replace/repair it for you. Items need to be returned to us within 2 weeks of you receiving them. Postage of the return will be for your own cost. Please note that as all items are made to order your replacement item will only be made up once the return item is received. This could take up to 7 working days. Your replacement item will be posted to you at our cost.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for incorrect size ordered. Please refer to our sizing chart on our brochure before placing your orders.
